We’re Kristina and Jackie, two women who have walked through the valleys of burnout and emerged with a shared vision: to create a sanctuary where women can breathe again.

Our paths crossed during a time when we were both struggling to balance career demands, family responsibilities, and personal wellbeing. Like so many women, we found ourselves stretched thin, constantly giving to others while neglecting our own needs. The weight of “doing it all” left us exhausted, disconnected, and yearning for something more authentic.

Through our own healing journeys, we discovered the transformative power of intentional self-care, community support, and creating space for renewal. What began as conversations over coffee about our shared experiences gradually evolved into a vision for a community where women could step away from the chaos of daily life and reconnect with themselves.

In 2023, we took a leap of faith and founded Empower & Restore, bringing together our complementary backgrounds in wellness, community building, and personal development. We believe that when women give themselves permission to rest and heal, they return to their lives and relationships with renewed clarity, energy, and purpose.
